SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

Have you ever heard of spiritual direction? It’s a practice where you meet with a trained minister to listen for and hear the voice of God. As an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church, Laura has been providing spiritual direction since 2012. Her passion is to help people get quiet, so they can discern the movement of God in their life and connect directly with His loving, healing presence.

Is spiritual direction right for you? It could be if you are facing one or more of these situations:

• You are in a time of crisis and need God’s help processing your pain or loss.
• You have a big decision coming up and are seeking God’s direction for your life.
• You feel “stuck” in your spiritual life and want to move past the block.
• You have a hard time “hearing” God on your own and would like some help listening.
